OUR HISTORY

  • Solomon Lodge 822 was founded on September 28th ,1955 within the American Canadian Grand Lodge and inherited from the Stuttgart American Lodge established in 1947, under the jursidiction of the Grand Lodge of Connecticut. In 1993 Forget me Not Lodge 869 consolidated with Solomon Lodge, as a result of the consolidation of US military troops in Germany.  Since 2007 it meets just north of Stuttgart.

WHAT WE DO

  • Freemasonry is a fraternity, not a religion.

  • Freemasons are united in their desire to be of service to mankind.

  • Freemasonry teaches individual improvement through study.

  • Freemasonry teaches its principles, veiled in allegories, in steps.

OUR COMMUNITY

  • ​Freemasonry is an open, not secretive, society, practiced worldwide, which welcomes all men. However it does not have a single spokesman.

We are an English-speaking lodge and work with the ACGL ritual, which was inspired by the New York Ritual.

STATED MEETINGS

Dark in the month of August,  we meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month, at 19:30, except on US and German public holidays.
